how much do you earn per month in your site?

I am making mid to low $x,xxx from

adsense, chitika, adengage, 1 affiliate program and link sales and subscriptions.

 

B.S your compete rank is only 700K, alexa is 250 on a webmaster driven type site, which means you probably have less than 2000 unique visitors a month. Youd be lucky to get 10 dollars in a month on a site like that with that level of traffic. I have 20K a month on my sites using Adsense and I have yet to break even the 50 a month level and that is including some sites that are geared around pretty nice click payouts.

 

I wouldn't be so quick to say that! Every website does differently depending on several things with adsense and any other ad agency. You never know what can happen with people depending on how you set up your ads. Also put into the equation PERSONAL ADS sold. Depending on how niched a site is, you can make GOOD money with a releatively low viewership. Don't generalize.

 

Across everything I do, I make over $3,000 per month...

Adsense: $300 minimum. Highest month I did $470
Text Link Ads: $750
3rd party banner service: $500 per month in contract
Affiliate store: $600
Private ad sales: $1500 - $2000

Would like to find other income streams.

 

That's really a good money,i made nothing from my site still.

 

He said ADSENSE Earnings. I run 13 different websites, I don't see how he could get anywhere near that revenue on Adsense alone with that traffic level on a seo blog. SEO blogs get poor click through rate, and even if it had a good click through rate it still wouldn't make that with only a 250K alexa/ 750K compete rank on only adsense .

 

It depends, sometimes people buy links on my site and sometimes they don't. I made about $20 from my PagePop site and am working on making money from my blog. Not much, but they're pretty new sites..

 

made about $1K plus just on Adsense in Feb 2008. Hope it goes up in March

i still earn very little with my websites, but i know a few people who are traveling and working their websites in order to do so. someday it will be me too!

Well - you're just not making a lot then, aren't you. Have you even tried optimizing your ads (placement, colors, measuring CTR etc. through channels?). I make a few hundred $ a month from a site that has about 5000 visitors a day on average. And I haven't even made adsense an annoyance.

You are way to quick to judge. And thinking you can judge the level of visitors through any other way than checking someone's stats is just ignorance.

I've got 140 sites and pull in about 6-7k, but only a few hundred of that is adsense...

used to make more with adsense several years ago, but over the past few years it hasn't performed nearly as well...

I tried adbrite, but they we'ren't the best either.. making like 4-500 from them... started selling my ads directly to webmasters and made 5x that amount... (more work, but more money)
