    Site design and layout is pretty good, but if I were you, I will change the google ads color to fix the background color (I mean the the two google ads in the contents.)

    you should try to use SHylock adsense plugin, and you can put ads on your posts too with that :)

    use a different color for the title in your ad...i think the text and link color is the that should be blended...throw in a few half banners in your content...
