How can I improve CTR on my arcade site?

    http://www.playflasharcade.com

I'm looking for suggestions on placement, colors, types, and generally anything involving my AdSense ads.

My current CTR is between 1.5% and 2.0% Thanks!!

You need more ads! you only have one horizontal ad block on the page and that's only just above the 'fold' move that block to the top and interspurse the rest of the page with similar ad blocks (You can put 3 on each page).
Also you could add in a horizantal link block right at the top just below you current horizontal men.

You try changing the title colour to 0000FF which is the classic blue which is known to be the most Clickable

Err.. I've got a large image ad on the right above the fold, and two other horizontal 468x80 ads above the fold (one image only one text only)... Not sure where you see just 1 ad above the fold. I'm kinda confused by your whole post >.<

    haha...nice blending...

if you can change all your link colors to something else other than white...i think it would stand out better because your text color is also white...

    placement is great...:D

Thing is, I think perviously I had made it too natural since my CTR went down >.< I put that large image ad up and the other image ad and my CTR had jumped over 1%.

Yes before the image ads it was under 1%

i think image ads worked for you because your site has mostly images as links...image looks more natural that way...:D

Sorry but when I went on your page last night on the home page there was only one horizontal ad showing, might be more now but there certainly wasn't last night - trust me I wouldn't have missed them!

I see the graphic ads okay but assumed they weren't adsense graphic ads as there was no ref to google in the corner of them. I'd try adsense text ads instead, far higher CTR ratio than graphic ads (yet recognise colour makes a site look better), your content is good, so I'd try a swap around with text ads for a few days and see how it goes.

I had text ads for a couple weeks, and the image ads appear to be giving me higher CTR. I switched to image ads 2 days ago. Hmm, unfortunate to hear the ads weren't showing. The only type of ads on my site is AdSense besides a small 100x100 in the bottom left corner banner exchange thing.
