    Can you be a bit more specific? Is it about the policy, where you should mention the third-party links? If so look around - there was a thread with links to some good privacy policy generators, made exactly for this.
    As for the placement its not smth new not to place ads next to the images, so I suggest you to move it in order to avoid headache...

    I see, but I don't think your titles are such/neither ads/ that can be mistaken by the users, so I think you have no problem with that. Still move the ads that are next to the images...that can bring you issues.

    I don't know... :( It is against the teachings of JenSense...

    Anyways, just add a border to your ads to be safe. But I'm no sure...

    And one more thing, you should center your ads.
