    I'm a member of a few Drupal/Joomla CMS sites, and I just realized .. do they have access to my passwords? Or is it all encrypted?

    In Joomla superadmin can change user's pass, but can't see it. Of course there will always be the way how to do that when admin has access to sql.

    If you use a decent salt there is no online tool for 'decrypting'.

    Besides, MD5 is not even encryption in the first place... sorry, but sometimes the misuse of terminology really annoys me :(
