How does paying for articles compare to getting them free from sites like ezinarticles, etc?
The reason I ask is because there are some quality articles out there to be found.
So the only factor I can think of at the moment is that of duplicate content.
If you are paying a writer for an article, is there an exclusivity clause included (it will appear nowhere else)?

You got it right. Duplicate content - your pages will end up in the supplemental index.

You have to talk to your own writer about exclusive rights. Some may even sell those articles as PLR for further profits. Check your writer, he should provide you with samples. Once you get the articles, check some sentences with quotes on google and do a copyscape test.

The "Secret" is..... hard work, dedication, knowledge and the know how...

Their is no money making secret. Making money online is nothing easy....the reason why this site took off and the other adsense websites that I have make money is because I have the knowledge and experience to make it happen....believe me, success wont happen overnight. But once your online for awhile you'll start to learn from your mistakes and success.

Learn to cut through the fluff...

Thats good...now work on becoming number 1 in Google..then your site will really be going crazy ....

You should share what you did that way others can learn from what you did too....

Nothing beats good old fashioned hard work and knowledge to succeed.....

 

$3-$4 articles do work. But it depends what kind of traffic you are looking for.

The reason why you pay for a $10 article is because you want highly qualify visitors who will BUY your products.

$3-$4 articles may and may not attract highly qualify visitors, but all you want is just attracting SEEKERS of information to go to your website and find out more information.

That's why I always just $3 article writers to write OK articles. At least it is grammatically correct.

All I want are SEEKERS of information.

 

Really the only reason why I do get my articles so cheap is because I buy alot and have established relationships with the writers.....Heck I just got a bunch of 1200 word articles that are of very high quality for $7.50 each...These articles will make great guides for the topic...and they're high quality....

 

And here lies the difference. You don't mind receiving OK articles, but I simply need quality. I don't want seekers only. Apart from that I want to provide useful content to my readers, I am also promoting affiliate offers, so quality work is essential in any case for me. I paid way more than $10/article before and will do again in the future.

No matter what anyone says we all know that an established article writer who is confident in his writing skills will not write articles for $5, because its just not worth his/her time. I know I wouldn't and you probably neither. Quality writers will spend many hours and in some cases even days on a single article as opposed to usual $5 articles which are researched in 15 minutes.

It's not really a question if $3 articles work. With a few spamming techniques anything you really put on the web can rank #1. But its a question of durability. Who knows how search engines will work in 10 years and how algorithms may improve to detect quality. If we write for human readers we are future proof. If we write for search engines only, our ranking will drop eventually.

Trust me, I've been online for awhile and I've did almost everything their is to be done....I've done Ecommerce, affiliate marketing, Adsense and it's not unreal......If you work hard, gain the knowledge and put it to work you'll succeed..
