    Yes. Chinese traffic is bad, or more correctly, useless.

    Chinese can't buy most things online, so who would you target or try and sell to them.

    In my case I accept all traffic as it makes the stats look good. The only place where I'd block a visitor is if an ad is CPA.

    I don't think you need to block anybody from your site except bots
    Since its a proxy site you are talking about, i bet most of the visitors must be bots because they keeps crawling for fresh proxies every now and then

    No, it won't effect your P.P.C
