    It appears that they are just pulling feeds for the site, it even says in there disclaimer "IndiaStudyCenter.com's technology automatically produces search results"

    I like the idea of using wordpress. You could use it in conjunction with carp for wordpress to pull the feeds.. Just a thought. Wordpress is IMHO the simplest solution for you. Joomla is nice but takes awhile to get setup and used to if your not familiar with it
