    I think they all arrive in your country, but the postal system doesn't know what to do with them because all the address labels are written in english, so they have to take months to get an official government translation. once all the addresses are in scottish, or british, then you get them. but an official translator is really busy so it takes a while.

    that's about the only reason I can think of. I mean asia and n.america gets it...seems like euro shouldn't be too big of a stretch to get to. now aussie....that's a whole nother story. they are way too far.
