    I'd like to build an affiliate site where I can have pages and subpages of products from affiliate datafeeds plus a blog for a fresh articles and tutorials.
    I need to be able to use affiliate datafeeds.
    What is the best CMS for this purpose?

    Check out datafeedr.com, the best datafeed service for WordPress I've seen so far. It's exactly what you're looking for. It's a new service that recently launched. You can build unlimited WordPress datafeed stores and at the same time use the blog part to add content.

    Joomla and Virtuemart with the cart features turned off (affiliate mode). It is a bit of overkill for an aff site, but you can import the affiliate feed and control the layout of the browse and fly pages to your liking.
