    Your placemetns are fine. However, the background colors could be blended a bit better if you want a perfect blend to the color of your theme background.

    I would be furious if any professional development team presented that to me as their idea of how a good site should be. Just because they ask for MFA crap doesn't mean you have to deliver. Spend some time with your client advising them on content and building a site which will actually work. I'd be really interested to see if they get ANY repeat business.

    For that reason I think the ad placement is a failure. Above the fold there is only navigation and ads. A sure turn off.

    But then you haven't told us what your client actually wants to achieve from the site. Income from the ads, sure, but what else? The ad placement may be preventing them from reaching their other goals.

    LOL at your niche, but yeah it looks fine to me, just keep tweaking your ads until you get the best results.
