Am I violating TOS?

I would like to ask if my placement is violating google's T&C on this webpage because I tried emailing adsense and their reply was
"You are welcome to place Google ads or an AdSense for search box on any
website that complies with our programme policies (
    http://www.google.com/adsense/policies).

While we are happy to clarify questions about our policies, we encourage
you to review the policies and use your best judgment to determine your
site's compliance. If you suspect that an implementation may violate the
spirit of one of our policies, we would recommend that you err on the side
of caution and modify the implementation.

Please also be aware that due to the large volume of emails we receive, we
cannot accommodate individual requests to review publishers' sites."

    the webpage is :http://iimageme.com/viewer.php?is_random=1&file=t6pu875sgcou8nzi783b.jpg

    Thanks!!

Did they contact you first or you contact Google first ... what was the original email content?

I guess you emailed them first to ask if your placing is okay or not? To clarify the position, ask some techy guy ... Google people don't have time to check that.

Ads look fine. The problem with image hosting sites is that you need to keep a watch all time. Someone might just upload a nude pic and then report.

Google discourages use of AdSense on pages that allow content uploaded by public.

Wouldn't it be better to blend the first ad, maybe the background should be white without borders. It doesn't blend in this way, just my 2 cents
