the problem with specific picture threads is lack of interest (see big glasses, member pets, crazy hats). It is hard enough to keep people posting in this thread, let alone a more specific thread

BTW, guess where I am going this weekend?

Since I hate NASCAR so much, for my sister and fathers b-day I bought them both tickets to the Milwaukee Mile and also as an added bonus, am going to grace them with my presence as well, at a first ever NASCAR type event.

These morons want to leave at 5AM. Milwaukee is like 30 minutes from here. 5AM??? I guess they sit in the parking lot and drink beer all day. The damned race does not start till 7PM...

Argh... I'm thinking of brining my Harley up there because I hear if you show up on one, they will let you ride it around the track. I've done that once before at Harley fest, so, it might be worth it.

 

Ooh nascar, the home of going round a track, and watching the crashes whilst drinking beer out of your hat.

 

I know, I just cannot figure it out.. I will make sure to get some pics though for this thread of course! I'm thinking about pulling a Ricky Bobby and streaking across the track!

Aug 17, I'll be looking for you. A night race was a good choice. Going in the day, sitting in the sun, drinking, that can really tire you out. On the other hand that gives you a lot of time to get drunk first. Maybe too drunk to watch the race.

When I went the race started at 1pm and trying to get into the parking lot even at 9am was a huge line. That is why I went the night before and slept in the bed of my truck. Hope you have fun!
