Tell me about it... its 4:30 AM here, no food at home, no stores open and I could eat a horse... And whats worse - NO DEW!

Has anyone tried horse meat here? I believe it isnt commonly available in the US & UK...

 

I think it's far from common in the US..unless you are talking about ethnic communities. Pretty sure I can't stroll down to wal-mart or grocery store and buy it by the pound!

I don't think you could pay me enough to eat a horse OR a little doggy That's terrible! I mean, I guess it's different depending where you're from... but that makes me go lol

 

Thats the thing see, if someone were to present me with horse meat (nicely coked n all) I'd probably dig in... but if I saw the live horse, I wouldn't agree to slaughtering it... same with chickens ducks pigs cows... I get conscience attacks


PS: I've eaten dog meat.. tastes like chicken..

I do the same thing! Once I was driving, minding my own business when this truck came up beside me with this big huge CAGE thing in the back. It was full of chickens They were all squished in there with their little feet sticking out. It was SO sad. I couldn't eat chicken for the longest time and I still have issues with it when I think about it! *tear*
