    Great job. I like how he used the header gray bar for one of those link lists, too.

    Look at the area under one of his articles...what is that Ask.com box, with "popular searches"? Do you get paid for that?

    He recently said he was averaging over $500 a day with adsense these days. Which is something to be aimed for, but is not so impressive for someone who would do only that, and he isn't, far from it!

    I believe he hasn't over a hundred sites, but that's my own feeling, based on nothing else than the fact that I think he's earning much more in affiliates products / internet marketing so has no time or want to invest resources in doing lots of sites but rather focusing on several high traffic sites.
    He isn't bankrupt at all and has several people working in his company.

    The key is in user generated content. Let the users update your site by letting comments, creating pages, etc.

    Another alternative is to have employees do the work for you, in your office or you can outsource to indian writers with good english skills.

    Last but not least, you can take an habit of creating at least 3 pages a day, that would update each site at least once a month.

    But I admit with 100 sites, you need to find ways to syndicate content and get organized!

    His site looks pretty clean with that adsense placement, usually I think adsense makes pages look very crowded, and unprofessional. But he did a good blend.

    I believe a lot of the CTR % is based on the traffic you drive to the site. If the people seeing the ads are interested in what is being displayed they will click on it.

    Now I am not saying that placement is important because it is, but it doesn't matter how good your placement is if your Traffic isn't interested in what is being displayed.

    BTW. I have had sites with laser targeted traffic receive as high as 35% CTR. So if his traffic is targeted, and I believe it is. I am sure that a high 20%+ is not out of the question.

    He would get a CTR of 8-12% maximum...
    I am using an almost same theme with similar placements, and I average 8-10%..
