Norton antivirus? I hope your laptop has a lot of ram.
    Eset - Alright
Panda Antirvirus? Never heard of it.

Check out AVG, there is a free, and one to BUY, which fits you.
It doesn't use up a lot of resources, and it is VERY good.

I use A.V.G. for several years now and I can recommend it with all my heart..

It detects viruses that other programs do not detect and does not freeze/clut up/crash your computer like for example Norton does (which is in my eyes one of the worst virus programs out there -norton-)

And it doe snot cost you anything; AVG of grisoft is free for personal use:

    Yolu can get it here:
    http://free.grisoft.com/

    Hope this helps

Kaspersky is good but it requires a good computer and it's a really expensive program, I found BitDefender being just as good even though it doesn't require the same power and it's cheaper (still, I think Kaspersky is the best).

I prefer Kaspersky. Second option would be NOD32.
