OK I have had a quick browse at the performance of the Diggs and Posts, the traffic was over 2000 uniques for the day / 26th, which was about 1500 more than the previous day, the majority from Digg and Yahoo is also sending traffic now, Google is slowly picking up but the Blog is still only a week old - so the search engine traffic will be slow for a while.

Here's the trafffic stats and a brief run down :

    http://www.camshrine.com/?p=91

Now I think that I will update the template and try to monetize the blog, the Blog is still a little raw and ugly, the navigation is also of poor quality - so I have some work to do.

    Hey,

I don't think that stumble upon or delicious have the same kind of power or reputation as Digg within Goggle, I have submitted to delicious and SU at the same time, they don't seem to work as well.

I checked the PM, interesting offer, I will read my emails and get back to you on the offer, thanks.

I will write a conclusion in my post for yesterdays campaigns, I had a remarkable day with one of my old domains, I set up a quick series of pages / blogs / directory on my old domain and I have had over 5500 uniques from Google and over 1500 uniques from Digg within the first day, in less than a day I have had a total of 8000 uniques. There has been a little luck with this series of campaigns.

For those that are following my progress and campaigns you can see the latest results here :

It's not too helpful, in terms of monetizing the site. All the search terms are crap and the post we need to write will be full of crap too. Google won't allow to put adsense on such content.

I have browsed Google trends and found that many people are already doing this. None of them have any helpful information, just stuffing their page with the keyword multiple times. Yes, you will get traffic but there is little you can do with it.

Yeah you are exactly correct, what do people know who search Google daily, I know they search crap, if you can't monetize popular searches or find that what people want or find interesting is a conflict of your own interests - then so be it. But honestly i can't comprehend what you are saying .... are you saying that popular topics and searches can't be monetized ?

Who cares if people are stuffing their sites with the Google search trends or using scrapers to create content based on the trends with auto posters, it just means it's easier to beat them and provide better content.

What I'm saying is the keywords on google trends aren't exactly something you can blog about profitably, if you know what I mean. For example, look at the top 10 terms

    1. johntv.com
    2. family matters
    3. jaleel white
    4. johntv
    5. little jackie
    6. nanny mcphee
    7. bryton mcclure
    8. cant hardly wait
    9. katie hoff
    10. bell 407
    11. video vigilante

Some weird names I've never heard before. It's hard to write quality stuff on something you are as clueless as the persons who searched them. So all I can do is search the term myself and copy some info from other crap sites and put it on my site. Using your technique I can leech some visitors through google, but I can't monetise that site with all those spam. I mean, you can but sooner or later adsense or whatever you are using will find that out and terminate my account.

    That's what I'm saying.

Yeah I know what you mean, but you can still use trends to find topics that are popular to your niche, i mean there are 100 search terms there and then you can click the search term and get a further 5 or 6 populat search terms to that specific niche. If you can't find a topic out of the 100 then you are struggling or maybe it's time to change to a popular niche. i don't see why Google or an ad' network would ban you - as I have had 8000 uniques yesterday and 95% of those are American.

Started a blogspot blog and used your technique. Got 318 visitors today, till now. Not bad :D If things look promising, I will get a domain.
I have to add some good content along with it, before I start monetising it. BTW, I added the Google's search box and already got 2 clicks for $0.22 through search. ha..ha...
