    a rapidshare premium link generator site uses premium rapidshare accounts to generate the premium link. this would therefore mean your sharing your account with other people. Rapidshare do not allow this and therefore is illegal.

    i made $60 on an old warez site i ran but adsense caught up on me and disable my account from showing ad's on that warez site and thats exactly what will happen on these link sites you see. It just takes a month or two for google to catch up but they always check your site thoroughly before allowing a check to be sent out.
