    This has annoyed me something chronic. So I set my daily budget to $30 and I started with $130 (30 of my own and 100 bonus) so that's 4 days of clicks.

    WRONG

    They've billed me $30 twice despite not running out of funds. They say its to stop my balance reaching dangerously low.

    What's that about? When I'm out of freaking funds just kill my campaign, it can't be that hard :mad:

    So basically you can never spend all your balance - they are in essence robbing you.

    Is there anyway I can stop them billing me, whilst using up all of the money in the account? I only wanted to test it for a few days and to be honest I don't want to spend 60c a click when my site isn't actually selling any products.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Anyone interested in advertising with Yahoo Search Marketing think twice. Whenever you sign up with a promotional code, it takes 3 business days to be applied to your account, meanwhile if you set your budget spending at $50 per day, then you will be charged $150 to "keep your account active!"

    Yahoo is the biggest rip off in the industry. They take 3 extra business days to apply coupon to your account, so that they can charge you for advertising. They recommend that you spend $50 per day, so while you are waiting for your $100 coupon to arrive, they will end up charging you $300... $300, because Yahoo believes that the balance in your account should be equal to that of what you spent in the last three days.

    Use AdWords, Facebook or AdCenter instead. Do not use Yahoo Search Marketing!

    This is exactly why I stopped using them. Between that and thier impossible to navigate control panel, I'm done with Yahoo.

    I emailed the support and they said they'd switched me over to a prepaid method that I can add funds when I want and I'll be able to reach a zero balance.

    IT STILL BILLED ME TODAY!

    I have $90 in there, anyway I can get it back?

    stop all your campaigns. after 72 hours you must resive $100 bonus. than... change CVV code your CC in admin panel.. "switch to on" all your campaigns.. or ask yahoo to do refand. in one week you will get your money back.

    Ripped me off for $200 and used all sorts of excuses to delay giving me a refund and then got %50 back

    Email their support and tell them that you dont want automatic billing.

    Contact call center or email 2 them.
    Maybe u can change the cc. N for my suggestion better u use adword,myspace,n anyelse

    Normally, should change the account to Prepaid and Manual Billing.

    I used to has this probelm as well, YSM charge to my credit card, until my credit card deny the charge, it was charge too often..T_T

    This is the safe way that YSM will not automatic charge you.

    But to remember that, if your account reach to Zero, then the minimium funds that you will add will be 3 time of your average daily budget ( or spent , I am not sure ).
