How can i get traffic from digg?

I post a "ice hotel" thread at digg.

I can't find my thread at digg therefore i dug it by myself and it show up at right place,
is it mean one dig it would show up at category frontpage?
is it track by ip?
if i use proxy, is it working?
any tips?

 

Ypu ad will appear only on priority lists if it is dugg by many people... I advised not to concentrate on dig for traffic there is useless.

Yes you do.I think you can get traffic.But just a little.

 

The only way to get something dugg and get it on one of the top pages is to

a) have some breaking news
b)have a really funny item
c) have a ton of friends on digg who will digg you item


if you are trying to sell something and/or get leads you definitely shouldn't bother trying to get traffic from digg. Any traffic you get from there will be completely ad blind and have a huge bounce rate.

 

Basically, you just have to write viral content. You can't force social media popularity.

Ive published the most amazing stories on Digg and get about 10 diggs and thats it, Im sure its all a con, the only ones who seem to get anywhere must by the ones who have huge networks of diggers diggin for each other, or like proximity just said there are "services"
