Drastically changed the design. What do you say?

    1. Is the AdSense placement good and does not violate the program policies?
    2. What do you say about the design?

The adsense placement is average at best and yes it does violate Google's TOS. You are only aloud to have a maximum of 3 scripts per page and you have four.

To better place your ads use skyscraper banners on the left side of the page. People read read from left to right so placing them on the left will get more views and therefore more clicks.

You also have overall to many ads on the page for the amount of content you have. If you want to have 3 ads on the page (which is the maximum) you need double the content you have.

The website also takes a long time to load which is going to hurt your ranking in the search engines.

Overall it is a good start but needs more work, and if you don't fix your ads to fit Google's TOS you will be banned.

The limit of 3 ads is only for the standard ad units. He is allowed to have his 3 ad units + 1 link unit. That's fine.

Up to three ad units and three link units may be placed on each page. It looks like you have three ad units and one link unit. I tried to post the link where you could find the info on Google's site, but I'm new, so I can't post links.

I almost forgot, about the site itself, I think there is too much dead space on the top. I'd use some of it for ad space (another affiliate).

Ads placement looks good and blends the template perfectly. However, it's not violating Google's TOS - best of luck!

    Thank you.
But I had about 200 visits and no clicks! Don't know why

If you notice, you will find your ads blocks are far away from actual content - so they are not coming to visitors notice while they are reading your articles. Try to post them nearer to headings or just end of content text. That's will give you higher click through

Well, I just visited your blog. I don’t see any issue with the placement violating adsense TOS and even the ad units which are inserted between blog posts look fine to me. Design wise, this can be further improved especially use of white color background makes it look too bland.
