    That's what I was going to say the same...
    First time gone there and seen pop-up I will close right away and don't really want to visit it anymore...and the color blind my eyes

    I don't like the links opening in new windows, the popups, and honestly I don't like the color scheme.

    The layout of the page is fine however for the purpose of the site (display info).

    Another suggestion would be to break away from tables to layout your page, and learn some CSS.

    My opinions are as follows:

    Get rid of popups

    get rid of slideshow

    get rid of grey background (go white)

    Get a logo/title element at the top

    get rid of waving flag

    change colours to something that doesn't make your eyes bleed.

    What about a nice photo of a nepalese hilltown rather than a boring old map. The map is useful for a subpage, but the homepage should be more inviting.

    The copy needs a rewrite too; "due to its unique geographical position and altitudinal variation" doesn't inspire me to read on i'm afraid.

    However, just because you have a few changes to make, don't give up. Keep working on the site.
