    Article based. IF you get into a niche and promote it long enough you can make some really nice profit. It takes time though! :)

    Yah but i am sure that forum sites make money as well (I am not jinxing you DP owners); but that needs a heck of a long time, effort, and now a days money to get it up there. And you must be very familiar with the subject cause in the beginning you will be the one to post all the replies

    If you are an expert in your field and have the respect of the industry you can do very well with a forum as people will want to be associated with you.

    However if you don't fall into that category getting a forum off the ground will rely on alot of passion and hard work.
