Before applying Adsense...

Hello.
I have started my blog on Graphics/CAD designing topic. Can be found here as :
AutoCAD tips + AutoLISP routines
Blog start date = 1st-Jul-2008
100 unique visitors in this current week
180 pages views in this current week

I think I have to complete a task of 15-posts & then can able to apply for Adsense.
Before applying adsense can anyone view my blog & suggest me some techniques to improve the CTR or to change the layout or some more advices?

I want to ask about the improvement of traffic.

 

As you are using a blogger blog , if you want to get approval quickly.

Start posting 3 to 4 posts daily for 5 days and after each post go to this site
http://kping.com
and submit your blog

In the wordpress blog the blogspot is automatically pinged.

After the fifth day when you have around 20 postsapply for adsense and you will be amazed.

I did the same procedure and got approval on the same day within three hours. and I was mazed.

Beside pinging the blog, What are the other sources of improving the traffic on the blog?

 

What u r doing now is improving the traffic. Directory submition, link exchange like this would also do the trick. And most of all be consistent in posting and updating. Having a quality content would be the key of improving traffic.

If you're rich and going pro about your site, go for google adwords.

 

Work hard and be consistent in posting and updating.

You could reap from adsense.

does anyone know how long it take to approve my adsense application?

 

Within week but my Adsense account approved within 24 hrs. It depend your site or blog conditions and age, content and more thing. anyway you should wait.
