hahahaha. It's unbelievable. I found that out a couple years ago, and I had to look it up, because I thought there was no way. There is a video of it (unable to find it, I saw it on the NFL Network), you see the hit, and then Ronnie grabs his hand. He hit his hand on someones helmet, and his finger basically exploded, players say pieces of his finger were actually in the turf. :D

Yeah, yeah, yeah... Blame it all on the women! :p

I rode an elevator with him once! Holy buckets, he was huge!! We were in Detroit for the Detroit/Green Bay game and we were staying in the same hotel as the Packers. I was on the elevator to go back up to my room for something, waiting for the doors to close, when this huge hand, the size of my head, stopped the elevator doors from closing. And then he walked onto the elevator!

There was this older couple on the elevator and they were talking to him about how they had drove 2 hours just to see him win the game.... I was thinking "I just drove 5 hours to get here, but I came to see you LOSE! :p" But I didn't say anything.

LOL. Great story. I looked up his size, he was 6'5 and 300 pounds. Did it cross your mind at all that the elevator may not be able to move?

His finger was not amputated during a game. The finger was several damaged during a game and some bone fragments were on the turf.

I heard the story while driving down the road and Lott was on the Dan Patrick Show.

"Lott severally damaged his finger during a game and went to the Dr throughout the following week. on Wednesday or Thursday the Dr told him to sit out or he would lose his finger. It was a playoff game or either a big game coming up. Lott told the Dr. to cut it off. The Dr refused and Lott while holding a scalpel told the Dr. to amputate it or that Lott would do it himself."

    The finger was taken off.

I looked for that story on the net and could not find it. All the Lott's story are different and you may be right,

I could not find the facts.

I don't know. That is a tough one. If Ronnie did not care for his body he sure give a s**t about yours.

Washington at NY Giants 7:00 PM (ET) NBC

    who's watching it?

    finally it counts!

Both are division rivals to the Cowboys so naturally I'd like to watch but come on! Are you ready for something?

    1) Was's play thus far---> WEAK!! :mad::rolleyes:

1a) They are really stinking up the joint. NYG have like 270yds of O, Was has like < 20!!! I'm surprised the score is this low, should be 21-0 already!

    2) Fred Smoot should have intercepted that pass in the end zone!

    3) boy I really can't stand Jacobs....he's the new Shockey...constantly talking smack. I really hope someone knocks him out this year...enough to make him woozy and shut him up for more than 2 plays.

I've missed most of it, and well, since it's not the Lions I probably won't be watching the end of it either.

well 1st half was lame for Was but they did at least get a score b4 the half.

2nd half thus far has been even...giants still letting WAS stick around though, but the clock is ticking; I think WAS will run out of time

    B) it's like what the heck is the 1st time head coach thinking for WAS. They need 2 scores, 3-4mins to play and they are running the ball nearly every down!

I was thinking the same thing.

Overall I wasn't really impressed by either team. Jacobs, and Burress were the only ones with good performances. Washington gave up opportunities to win the game (there was at least 5 dropped interceptions), and their offense was absolutely horrible, Portis did okay.

no lie on the drops. 2 were SURE INT's, another would have been a tough catch but doable.

    my take on WAS "offense",

    1st half: inept
    2nd half: anemic

I think Portis's's's' numbers are inflated due to the fact that they ran the ball 70% of the time in the 2nd half!

that Chris Cooley, their Pro-bowl tight end only had 1 catch for 7 yards should tell you all you need to know about how abysmal their offense was tonight....not to mention their clock management was about as bad as it gets.

Giants were let off the hook IMO...while they had some stellar drives in the game (1st half) but had to kick too many field goals IMO.

When the BOys play NYG, I like D-ware & Ellis over a hobbled 240lb Jason Taylor...holy cow he looks skinny!
