Black person to White - Possible?

    hi friends..
    is it possible to change a black person to white in photoshop??
    if so, what technique should i learn?
    any help would be great..

    Check with ol man MJ :) He sure turned white in real life.

    On serious front, you would have to spray paint selected regions to tweak the colors... albeit tedious way to achieve. No direct filters or schemes that I am aware of to give such a result... should you get to know, do publish it in DP !

    You will have to mess around with it. There are a few different options of doing it.

    Copy the layer and then desaturate it. The create some colour layers with 'Overlay' mode on. Then colour it with ones you think look right.
    You could also fiddle with the Hue/Saturation options with the desaturated layer.
    It's easier to change someone with 'White' skin to African/Asian. But when trying to change the skin from 'Black' to 'white' then it becomes more difficult as it just looks as if they have lighter skin but not 'white'.

    Try New Adjustment Layer > Invert, then set it to Luminosity mode

    Otherwise I'd reccommend masking, curves adjustment layer, then dodging and burning on a middle gray soft light layer
