how do you get traffic from sites like mysapce. Do you jsut add friends and then mass e-mail them? I don't understand how you get traffic from places like this. Like i have a myspace profile and i don't know what to really do. Like i added a few people on myspace. Should i be always adding people?? How do you take advantage of social networking sites??? i'm not fully sure how this works

You can drop your link in messages and hope to get visitors. However, I don't expect great conversion rate as many will consider it spam. Don't rely on social networking sites to get traffic. Look for more natural ways!

    Hi,

Sending mass emails or messages will be considered spam and your account will be blocked within 72 hours.

Try organic ranking to have good traffic and ROI.

Else TRY submitting some articles / content to digg etc for some traffic.

We can help you with Organic Ranking.

Please don't mass email. You will lose friends as fast as you have added them. Also, you will be banned from the site.

I think Myspace is cracking down on the spam and blatant ads nowadays, I've read that some members were banned from it as well.

Myspace is a waste of time now days. It has been flooded with spam which has given affiliate marketers a bad name. You may get away with it for awhile but you will eventually get caught.

Instead of mass message, you can add rss feed link in your profile to show regular feed, I am not sure about myspace but facebook allow integration of rss feeds which people won't consider spamming.

You can get visitors from social networks sites, but you can not post your site link every time because it is spam. You can use url redirection service and post some interesting info (news web page, funny video, some jokes etc.) and put your own site at this redirection link. On that way you can get visitors from social network sites, newsgroups, forums, blogs without spam. Try it from my signature.

I would use a little bit more finesse and send personalized messages if you hope to get any conversions. I use friend adding software to actually add friends though.

There is plenty of ways to get traffic from social networks, but there is two main approaches you can take.

You can either build a decent group/community within the social network, or you can make a bunch of profiles and use myspace bots to send messages etc. with your affiliate links

Social media is great for brick and mortar business targeted towards teenagers and your adults. It shows that you are hip and with it. Go and get involved where your target users are involved. If you are selling skateboards get involved with social media if you are selling Viagra get involved with social web sites. Skateboard sales men would want to get on to my space and face book and the Viagra salesmen would want to get on a dating site.

    hi,

social marketing is time consuming and people will click on your site but it depends on the niche your in exactly. if its for younger people then it will work and they will enjoy your emails but if its older people then its a no.

SocialMedia (dot) com or myspace & facebook ppc traffic. Myspace traffic quality is complete FAIL in my opinion, but if you are marketing the right product it will work. If myspace traffic didn't convert people wouldn't spam it so hard. Just my 2 cents
