    it looks nice, but the theme is a bit dark for the subject

    Over stuffed with ads - As they are screaming we are ads lesser ads may visitor to re visit.

    Blending of ads is not Good - Blend ads with the theme.

    Try to spread the ad and link units around a little bit to other location on your blog. Maybe, add in between blog posts should help. Just a suggestion.
