Review My Site

Alright, basically I want you to tell me if this is probably as good as it gets.

I simply don't get over a 1.0 ctr and I have only two important google ads on my site both on story pages.

I would simply like any recommendations that you would do personally if it were your site.

The site gets a pretty horrible CPC, but I'm kinda content with that now. If you take into consideration all the outside factors like smart pricing, competition and the economy plus a bad niche, I don't try to fight back against it to hard. I just want to give the users the content that they want.

The site gets around 2.5k hits a day, 80+ a month, couple hundred thousand page views and 95 percent search engine traffic, semi-high bounce through rate and return rate. (For anyone who wonders, the music is sent by media companies)

Dang i think your website is SWEET. Nice work, It has a great layout and Perfect Functionality. Great navigation and Very nice color Scheme. I really like the Speaker outline in the forum section. If you don't mind me asking what program you use? Perhaps you can build one for me =)

I use wordpress and phpBB, that is it, no magic. ( I wouldn't recommend hiring me to optimize your adsense, but drop me a pm and we can get in contact about the design). Thank you both. I still need to match the forum to the front page as I redesigned a couple months ago and was going to wait until I upgraded to phpBB3.

as far as i know, the ad costs for music industry is always low, as well as media related keywords, because there are many sites and the profit margin for advertisers are low.

for example, if you are in real estate niche, you might generate more income compared to music and video.

I don't know whether this would help, but if I were you, I would try with a little experiment by replacing one of the columns under "Latest Hip Hop News" with google ads maybe like Medium Rectangle (300 x 250) to see how it goes. Just a suggestion.
