    weight loss is a good niche ..But keep in mind that you need good traffic ...Your adsense placements are not upto the marks and you have nothing on home page

    weight loss is pretty decent niche. do some good keyword research within the niche though.

    I would change the colour of your ad titles to something that blends in with your site more. The green in your date line bar would be good or the burgundy/brown colour would look good. If it were me I would bring the top ads down below the date line bar too. People are quite savvy these days at spotting Google ads and avoiding them.

    I think the one ad unit which is placed on the far top left hand corner should be moved down a little bit. Nobody would take notice of it to click because their focus will be on your content located at the middle. Change the position and move it lower and that should help.
