    It may be using a CMS called CutePHP.

    If you look at the source code on that site you will see <!-- no full story--> under every article. Now take a look at this discussion thread where that same exact code is discussed.

    At first I thought it was wordpress, but after comparing the source code, that site has certain entries that wordpress does not.
