    Well these are basically bookmarking sites, u need to increase your own visiblity to there to get better traffic from those sites.

    If your site isn't intresting the bookmarking stuff gives you only a "spike" and then almost zero visitor.
    But I think your site is good. I like it. You get one more visitor :)

    What you need to do is start a blog. write a few blog post with a link back to your website. submit your blog post to Digg,reddit,sphinn and such. Make sure you have a compelling title so you can induce some clicks.

    This wouldn't be a useful traffic base for you to spend time building, just because people visit your site doesn't mean it will make you money, gain long term visitors, etc.

    You can make an article regarding your site and then post it.
    You can also post it on different social bookmarking site and
    social networking site.

    Actually digg and reddit are should not be used for promoting sites. But if u like you can. but note that there are chances for banning your url from digg and reddit because your site is a download site. so try stumbleupon which is good to generate huge traffic. if u want more pm me

    You can get a huge traffic spike for while after you submit to the site.
    But if you want to keep the visitor keep coming back,you must write unique content to attract more reader to visit your site

    Quality of traffic from Digg isn't very good. Where it provides value is the exposure it gives your site. This in turn can lead to more links > higher serps > more quality traffic > more revenue.

    Jumping from Digg to more revenue directly doesn't happen in my opinion.
