Digg.com and its dumb spam policy

Someone couple of years back had made multiple posts on digg.com for our site.

I dont know if they were with bad intentions or were legit but from that day on, digg gives this error message :

Now, its been ages and I dont really know where to mail to get rid of that error message.

There is no answer to this in FAQ, nor a mail id where you can ask about this issue.

Has anyone faced similar problems in the past ?

I'm in the same boat...purchased a service from dp ~ a year ago and I have got my url banned. I tried mailing them a few times with diff stories - told them I realized it was a mistake, told them I discovered it was a competitor, told them I had to sell a kidney to pay for rent...tried all. no response whatsoever:)

The site suffers a lot from spam so I suspect that once in the dog house you're stuck there.

Did you experience this with the same url only? I mean I submit tons of posts to digg every day but all with permalinks at the end not just the domain, and I never experienced ban or anything.

you can do either of the 2 options ... forget digg and use other social network site or buy another domain and submit
