    Hi can anyone tell me which is the best content management system easy to use and modify ? I got a website fallofearth.com and I need a system where comments can be added and users can register with the site any help is appreciated !

    Im addicted to wordpress, even though people still says its a blogging platform.
    But i must say Wordpress is the Best for me as a CMS, IMO.
    Other than wordpress, Hands down to Joomla and mambo.

    I've heard horror stories about Joomla and how it's difficult to use. Is it really similar to Wordpress? I've grown accustomed to Wordpress interface and usability

    I have tried Joomla and I never got it to work as I wanted, to many options and settings for me. However, then I tried WordPress and I was hooked. Nothing compares with WP for SEO right out of the box, plus WP has a huge user base, which will come in handy when you start to tweak things. So, anyway, I would suggest that you tried out WordPress.

    Before you just jump on the "joomla" bandwagon and rush into the sunset, do a search of Digital Point for joomla hacked and how many results you get back.

    Then do a search for Drupal hacked, and wordpress hacked.

    With the joomla hacked search you should see lots of threads with titles like "my joomla site was hacked".

    With the drupal search you will see just a few threads titled that way and the same goes for wordpress.

    If fixing your defaced website turns you on, your gonna love joomla. Have you ever heard the old saying - "misery loves company". Well, that is very true with the joomla community.

    Check into joomla and find out how many BIG websites run that software. Not too many, and there is a reason for that.

    Now check into Drupal and see how many BIG websites run that CMS. And you will find a lot of big companies use drupal. And once again, there is a reason for that.

    And the same goes for wordpress. Wordpress.com is one of the biggest blogging communities in the world. And what does it use? A multi-user version of wordpress.

    So, we have big sites using Drupal and wordpress but not Joomla? That should tell you everything you need to know right there.

    Secure = Drupal and wordpress.

    Insecure = Joomla.

    Try Drupal. If you need powerful content management and user management than drupal will be the best choice.

    You can do it with joomla as well but joomla is not so suitable for this.
