    The first ad I saw was about wine tours and using the google preview tool I noticed most of your possible ads are about tours, lodging and hotels. I'm not sure what cpc is for these terms but I would think weddings and limos would be pretty competitive terms so I would focus on getting those ads. (keyword placement etc).

    IMO that would be the most effective way to increase your ctr. I mean if I wanted to book a limo why would I be interested in a wine tour.

    limo companies are usually the companies that do wine tours. also this is a a template so i can't really add category specific copy on the page.
