    There are many ways to promote your blog.

    First change your subscription to the feed to more attractive. It took for me a while to find it on your website. Also add e-mail subscription via feed to your website.

    Next remove some of google adsense. You have to much of them. Quantity don't mean quality. Remember that google pay more for first add block than for second etc. You have 5 blocks. It's mean that you are getting only few cents for the fifth block adds.

    Third you template is to dark. It is getting annoying to read after a while.

    Now about promotion it self.

    Subscribe your feed to feed directories. It will take a while but you will get some regular traffic.

    Next create and subscribe xml sitemap to search engines if you didn't do this yet.

    Use bookmarking websites for your blog promotions. I am not sure what bookmark websites will work the best for your blog topic. You can make research yourself.

    Submit your blog to blog directories as well as web directories. Submit your url through comments at various blogs. Use Social Bookmarking service.

    Submit your blog to mybloglog and blogcatalog and see your blog popularity goes up. Apart from that, update contents on a daily basis and submit the sitemap file to google through google webmaster tools for faster indexing.

    Submit your blog to web directories with good relevant anchor text... Stick with high PR web directories and ones that dont have adult ads on them.

    My number one way is to just comment on blogs that are in your niche. That will at least get you started. Interacting with others to promote your blog is one of the best ways. Just make sure you write three or more sentences so it doesn't look like comment spam.
