I have gone through major reconstruction surgery on my site. Please let me know how I can improve my CTR. This is my 4th design. None of the others have been working too well. www.promoinnovations.com The top links don't go anywhere yet. Thank you!

add a link unit on top of the left column and remove the header LINKS, you can only use "sponsored links" or "advertisements" but better don't put any header.

Also add a 336x280 block on top of your content (or better, within by using CSS float: left).

Try changing the title of the google ads to the color of the tabs above.

    blend blend blend

Not sure tossing in the links thing on the left so close to the Google Ads part is a good idea.... but run with it for the time being, as worst that will happen is they will stop ad dispay till you remove it......

I like what you have. Have you tried adding some text under your ads on the left? I bet those images above the leaderboard will get killer CTR. Good work.

I like the ad placement on your site. My recommendation would be to change the orange on your leaderboard to match the same color of the links "below the fold".

The orange draws my attention, but I wouldn't be inclined to click because it generates "ad blindness".

    Remember: blend, blend, blend!

    Good job though! :)

Nice job, have you considered removing the advertise on this site link? - I've found my revenue increased a lot when I removed that.

Sandanista - nice nic:rolleyes:....however you are violating the TOS by altering things.

removing the advertise on this site link is an option in your adsense account, so you're not violating the TOS.

Yes, as senserely says, its not a TOS violation. The reason I suggest it is because I found that it helps my ads blend in and in addition I've found that some of the site targeted ads can actually be less relevant (not what I would expect) and generate less clicks than contextual ads.

yes but we don't care about the clicks in the case of site targeted ads since they are paid on number of impressions.

But honestly this "advertize on this site" is really annoying as it breaks all efforts to blend the ads.

I took your advice and took away the advertise here, thank you. I also took away the line separating the top section from the bottom. Please look and let me know if it's better. You might have to hit refresh. www.promoinnovations.com
