    I was searching a alternate for Adob photoshop . Is there any application which is alternate of photoshop and must be work on Linux.

    You could try GIMP which should give you almost equivalent functionality if not all. This free as well:)

    I am also looking for same thing...
    but i think u can use wine to install adobe photoshop on linux...it seems to be of no use for me..but still u may give it a try.

    The best alternative in my view is Gimp because it has many features as Adobe Photoshop, Open Source and works on Linux perfectly. It also comes installed many Linux distros including Linux Mint.

    I think Gimp could be an alternative in Linux, but I have not used it because photoshop juigastill the best.
