I have a new phone repair business but...

    I have just started a new phone repair business in my area and I do not know the best way to market my business to get more clients. The only thing I am doing right now are things like posting on Instagram, also I have a yelp page and I am running ads on there but I don't like the fact that you have to pay to respond to a lead even if it isn't a guarantee I will get the lead. I was thinking about making some tear off flyers to post around different cities to get my business name out there but even with that I don't know where the best spots for those would be. What is the best way to get my business out there to local cities that I service with my moble phone repair business?

    Hi. Because you have a physical location you need to get listed on Google Places - that way you'll show up on Google Maps when people search for phone repairs. I suspect that your customers will be more concerned with how quickly they can drive to you and get the job done than any thing else. Social media is good - especially if you can get photos of happy customers to post with a bit of a back story.

    Look at how your customers find you and amplify that - but listen to people you meet who say things like "where were you when I needed you?" Find out how they did find the place they used and build a strategy around that. Should they have found you using that method? If so, what went wrong?

    You may find ads on facebook and google are necessary - it depends on how much competition you have.

    Don't go for traditional marketing like you said about flyers. This doesn't work faster. Instead for local businesses create your profile on local business websites. Also, Google My Business would help. Add your business photos, location, opening hours, etc. on the profile. Ask your customers to add reviews on this profile and you reply to them.

    I have experience regarding to local ads and it's free. It is the Ticktock. Tust me, just upload your reparing process short videos 2-3 times a day. Keep going. The ticktock will get you target leads around your shop. And the videos should be short with popular music.And you need to show your face in your videos to let people remember you. Good Luck!!!
