    Yahoo went with purple to stand out and be memorable. Purple also represents creativity and energy, which fit their quirky brand image at the time.

    I’ve always associated Yahoo with its purple theme—it gave the platform a playful vibe compared to others. It’s one of those branding choices that sticks in your mind, even if you haven’t used Yahoo much lately. The color really worked to make it unique!
