    I've purchased some traffic. Will enable it tonight and see what happens comparing targetted vs. untargetted traffic and effects on my CTR. I'll update this thread over the weekend.

    I just thought I'd come back and update those that helped me.

    The untargeted traffic was useless. All it did was pad my stats. I decided to concentrate on getting organic traffic from SE's because these are highly targetted and converted best.

    The revised at placements are working exceptionally now, I now receive ~ $5 a day from adsense and it seems to be increasing proportionally with my traffic. I don't want to post stats, but the CTR is now in the order of 7 times higher than the subject of this thread.

    I guess it's upto me now to build better SERPs. Thanks all for your help.

    always purchase targeted traffic. dont go for 30000 uniques for just $10. do u think someone will give u targeted traffic in that cheap price.

    genereate targeted traffic and ads placement ur ctr will automatically boost up
