    you should have at least one Ads unit showing when your page open.
    I only found one ad at the footer area

    If you're serious about improving your CTR, you need to add an ad somewhere above the fold. I would suggest either a leaderboard at the top, or a vertical skyscraper on the left.

    it is quite logic that the CTR is 0 , noone will see the ads in the position they are.

    I think it looks good, but I would personally put the text link units up on top and the other ads below. In my experience, I get more clicks on the units. But, that could be just me. Best of luck, hope you get more clicks. Let us know how it goes. :)
