I am soooo interested in this but have no extra money right now because christmas is around the corner.. Well, do you have niche or targeted traffic? My niche is single parents (sub category: family/parenting).. Do you think your traffic will fit with this or is this general traffic? Looks like an awesome deal bro!!

As far as I know PR is based mainly on backlinks, not on the amount of traffic a site is receiving.
Better Alexa rank?
Yes, If your site receives 0 visitors other than mine, alexa rank will be at around 100k after a while.
Higher in Google search?
More traffic contributes to higher ranks in search engines, but there are more requirements.
More visitors?
Yes. The traffic is from general niche, but it is still human traffic so there will always be a conversion rate
