Thought some statistics may be useful for some folks so i'll throw them down in here:

Just to give site users an update:
-The seller was very fast to reply to my questions.
-The seller activated the campaign within an hour of my initial contact.
-Traffic has been noticed in my reports, but at this stage is lower than initial expectations for such volumes per month (getting less than 20 referrers from his domains per hour when it should be around 70).

Reported the lack of traffic to the seller, and he "increased the flow". I saw an increase in traffic for the next few hours but has since dwindled back down again.
Seller has assured me that all uniques will be delivered even if it takes longer than the month to receive them.
Seller has remained helpful and cordial during the entire process, and it looks like things will work out in the end.
