Guaranteeing a CTR is an impossible task. The traffic is all %100 unique and genuine human visitors, so the CTR depends completely on your own website. CTR has more to do with your on-site optimization than the traffic itself. I cannot make anyone click your links, that is your job. I can simply get them to your site.

In a word, yes. You can control the 'term' that you would like for the 10,000 visitors to be spread across. So if you would like around 350 a day, do a 4 week term. (10,000 visitors / 28 days ) = 357/day
