My site has 10,698 page impressions and only 13 clicks ($1.68) and my CTR is only .12%. My site is www.ps3hax.net, can you guys tell me what the hell can I do to get people to click on my ads?

I know I have the right traffic going...

I already told you about that your ads are at wrong places. Get one big rectangle block in the middle. That will surely solve your problem. It wont go away if you close your eyes and sit with that dumb ads placement.

here look at my website sarvpriya.com
i get a avg of 5-6 ctr and 10 cent per click.

You are not showing your ads so how you expect higher ctr.

Hi ... agree with Hade, et al. I Stumbled your site, as sclick, and left a brief review. Ask others to do the same. My experience is visitors via book marking sites, especially stumbleupon.com, are more responsive than general visitors, but only my experience. Good luck.

Why can't i see an ad somewhere around the centre above the fold when the page first loads?

Start running a large rectangle or square there with an AB split test between some blended and bolded color schemes.

I suggest integrate your ads to your site. This should improve the click through.

Should I add a block (rectangle) to front page somewhere? Most of my ads, and forum activity, are in forums between posts.

ok, you want to make it right so people start clicking on it?
Put a large adsense block right after the title and before the text in every post, make it blend in the rest of text as well and you'll get good ctr :)
