Could there be something wrong with my code?

I have over 2,000 queries and only 8 clicks for the past month!

I have the results showing up within my website and I am using the Drupal CMS which means in order to get the results to show up I have to slightly modify the search box code as demonstrated in this website here
    http://www.techmag.biz/google_onsite_search_on_drupal

Can anyone help me out here?

Ok, but what about not receiving hardly any clicks for the 2,000 searches?

my CTR on searches is pretty low also..
BTW, i'm using Drupal and i dont have that "q" problem.. If you enable SE Friendly URL's i think it's a non-issue..

I have Clean URL's enabled in Drupal so that shouldn't be an issue.

I switched the search results over to displaying in a new window and it works fine, I suppose I'll just use this so I'm not in violation of the TOS..

Better safe then sorry :) I just wish my search results were at a higher CTR%, I see a lot of people clicking on the search (using heatmaps provided by crazyegg.com) but no queries.
