2 laderboards on one page?

I'm developing content for my domain TowerEiffel.com and also want to include a "Links" page that will contain Eiffel Tower related ads only. Please review the Links page here: towereiffel.com/links.html and tell me what do you think.

I'm also thinking about doubling the number of the ads on the Links page. I think it would be good to put another Google ads laderboard (Large Rectangle, 336 x 280) right below the one I already have on the page. However, I'm not sure if this isn't against Google TOS - to put 2 Google adsense units next to each other.

Do you think it's a good idea to put another laderboard below the one I already have? This would make 6 ads, and no just 3. Or, shall I place the other laderboard next to the one on the left? So I would get 3 + 3 Google ads.

Well I beleive what you have their is against the Google TOS as the page has no content, all you have are adsense ads.

Really? So if it is against the Adsense TOS, I'll rather add another page, other than links only and will include the links in a sidebar, just like on the home page.

Can anyone esle confirm me if it really is against Adsense TOS? My site has content, only that one page doesn't have. Or, do you think if I write above the links short text like "Some useful links about the Eiffel Tower", it will be OK then?

Your site might have content but the page you have those ads on don't. The pages with ads MUST have content.

And if I wrote something above the links like "Some useful links about the Eiffel Tower:"?

Would it be OK? Or, that's no content?

    More opinions?

Do you think I could get banned for this? Or, shall I e-mail Google AdSense staff and ask (however, if they see it, can they ban me immediately, or will they at least warn me first if I e-mail them about this)?
