2 Quick Questions on a Video Site

    I have a blog that consists entirely of Youtube / Google videos and their codes. I am starting to get some traffic / revenue and have a couple simple questions.

    1 . Is this against either Youtube or Google video TOS? I don't want to develop a site that I will have to shut down and I don't want to host the videos.

    2. If #1 is ok, what is a good script/CMS to use?
