    Where should I place Google Ads so that those 20,000 people click and I get something out of having those ads on my site?

    You are putting your ads in the lower left corner of your page, which mean that they serve as 'page filler' rather than 'carefully blended in feature'.

    carefully blended in feature is you feature an ad without highlighting the fact that it's an ad. You make it look like it's part of the content.

    If I were you I would scrap the leaf design for the page links on the left and put a link ad there to blend in with the rest of the page link.

    Put 2 or more ads (link ad or content ad) above the fold. You are already using one of the best ad format - stick with that.

    Would you mind telling how you get so much traffic? I dont seem to be able to get any decent numbers....thanks.Any advice appreciated
